What about generic chatbots?
You'll also encounter generic chatbot platforms — Tidio, Intercom, Crisp, Freshchat, Drift — marketed broadly for websites. These are not designed for estate agents. Here's why they fall short:
- They don't know what chain status is. Generic chatbots collect name, email, and a free-text message. They have no concept of "proceedable buyer" — the distinction that actually determines whether a lead is worth calling today.
