Both web and SMS conversations consume from your monthly credit wallet. Enable auto-recharge in your dashboard to automatically top up when balance runs low (£15/1,000cr or £75/5,000cr). Credits never expire. You can also purchase manually any time. Your dashboard shows credit usage in real time. Lead capture itself is unlimited on every plan.
Every channel draws from the same monthly wallet at different rates: a web widget message uses 1 credit, an email (whether a lead conversation or a handoff notification) uses 2 credits, and an SMS reply uses 20 credits. This gives you a single, predictable number to watch in your dashboard regardless of which channel a lead arrives through.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
