UK estate agents lose an estimated £119 million per year to missed calls (Alto Agency Trends Report, 2026). 40% of buyer contacts arrive outside office hours (Moneypenny, 2025). Most callers who reach voicemail never call back. These aren't hypothetical risks — they're the daily economics of running an agency without 24/7 response capability.

Sift is built to fix this. A single embeddable widget turns your agency website into a 24/7 qualification engine — asking the right UK-specific questions (chain status, Decision in Principle, buyer scheme eligibility), scoring leads automatically, and sending hot prospects to your team's priority queue before they start their morning.

We're launching today with three plans, transparent monthly pricing, and no annual lock-in.

Three plans, one decision

We spent a long time working out what agency sizes actually need. The result is three bundles that include the web widget, SMS and email channels, GDPR consent flow, lead scoring and CSV export on every plan — with Zapier, an outbound webhook and the REST API on Growth and Scale — differentiated by credit capacity and team size.

Why we didn't build a free tier

We considered it. But free tiers in B2B software tend to attract the wrong users: agencies that aren't serious enough about lead qualification to pay for it, which means they won't configure it properly, which means results are poor, which means they conclude AI qualification doesn't work.

We'd rather have 100 agencies getting genuine value from a paid plan than 1,000 agencies with dormant free accounts and no results to point to.

The 14-day trial gives you enough time to embed the widget, run real conversations, and see qualified leads in your dashboard before you spend a penny. That's the proof we're comfortable offering.

What makes Sift different

Three things, specifically:

UK-specific qualification logic. Sift understands chain status, Decision in Principle, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and stamp duty position. It doesn't ask US-shaped questions with a £ sign attached — it asks the questions UK agents need answered to know whether a buyer is worth their time.

GDPR consent before data capture. The widget presents a consent screen before capturing any personal information. Every conversation has a complete audit trail. This isn't just defensive — it's the thing that lets you tell your vendors and landlords that their buyers' data was collected compliantly.

CRM-agnostic. Alto Lead Flow only works for Alto users. Street Cortex only works for Street users. Sift's qualified leads land in your Sift dashboard with full transcript, GDPR consent record and lead score — exportable via CSV on every plan, and on Growth and Scale routable into Dezrez, Loop, Reapit or any system via Zapier (6,000+ apps), an outbound webhook or our REST API. Native CRM integrations are on the roadmap. It works just as well for agencies that don't use a CRM at all, because the leads live in your Sift dashboard.

What happens next

Start your trial at sift.software/auth. Embed the widget. Handle your first automated enquiry. Then decide whether a Friday evening spent not chasing leads manually is worth £149 a month.

We think it is. Substantially.
